As a dedicated Server, you will work under the direction of the Culinary Services Manager, enhancing the dining experience for residents and guests. Responsibilities include full-service dining, timely delivery of meals, and general maintenance of service areas. Your respectful and positive approach will play a key role in creating a nurturing living setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve meals in dining rooms and lounges with care
• Provide welcoming support to all residents and guests
• Understand and relay the story behind menu items
• Plate and serve dishes according to standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining spaces
Requirements:
• Minimum Grade 10 education or equivalent
• At least 1 year of relevant serving experience
• Food Secure and Serving It Right certified
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong verbal communication in English
