ADGA Group seeks an experienced Technical Lead, Aerospace Development to lead design, development, evaluation, and sustainment of Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (UAS) and related aerospace products. This role provides SME engineering support for Counter-UAS to Joint Staff and units.

Responsibilities include planing improvements, producing reports, maintaining programs and guiding senior staff through technical decisions. Travel to facilities may be required.
