We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team!

Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly and create a positive first impression
Manage patient scheduling, check-ins, and follow-up appointments
Assist with billing, payment processing, and insurance claims
Communicate with insurance companies to verify and process coverage
Support the sales process by educating patients on care plans and services
Maintain accurate patient records using Jane App (experience is an asset)




Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally
Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk setting

Qualifications
Previous customer service or administrative experience required
Experience in a healthcare or wellness setting is an asset
Familiarity with Jane App is preferred
Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
Detail-oriented with a positive and team-oriented attitude
Comfortable with handling billing and financial transactions

Schedule & Compensation
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 9am-7pm, with some weekend availability
Part-time or full time opportunity
Hourly wage, based on experience
