Terry Pro Painters Ltd. is seeking a Construction Painter in Kelowna, BC for a full time, permanent role. This hands-on position requires surface preparation and the ability to advise clients.

In this role, you’ll handle various painting tasks, including sanding, color consultation, and applying finishes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent coordination and be comfortable working at heights. Physical endurance is necessary due to the demands of outdoor work settings.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces prior to painting
• Assist customers with color and finish selections
• Erect scaffolding and rigging for projects
• Apply paint, wallpaper, and finishes accurately
• Estimate materials and costs efficiently

Requirements:
• Fluent in English, with communication skills
• High school graduation certificate needed
• Experience with painting techniques beneficial
• Able to handle weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
• Must provide own tools and steel-toed boots
