We are looking for a skilled Package Handler Trainer to support effective training at FedEx. Responsibilities will include training other Package Handlers on essential techniques such as loading, unloading, and scanning while promoting safety practices. A solid understanding of Canadian Customs regulations is preferred to ensure compliance in all operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Educate Package Handlers on safe loading and unloading methods
• Guide proper scanning and palletizing practices
• Foster compliance with safety regulations




• Manage freight transportation within facilities
• Ensure compliance with training standards and operational efficiency

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent preferred
• Six months’ experience as a Package Handler preferred
• Valuable driving record with a valid G license
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and handle 150 lbs packages
• Strong interpersonal abilities for training
