Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, you will ensure that guests have a memorable dining experience by serving food and beverages efficiently. You'll be tasked with accurately placing orders in the POS system, keeping tables clean, and preparing service areas before and after shifts. Successful candidates will have 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume setting and must hold a valid Alberta SMART Training ProServe certification.

Key Responsibilities:
• Input and manage orders in the POS system
• Serve guests with courtesy and speed




• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of service areas
• Balance daily sales receipts accurately
• Attend training programs as needed

Requirements:
• Valid Alberta SMART Training ProServe certification required
• 1-2 years experience in foodservice operations is preferred
• Experience with POS systems essential
• Robust customer service and communication skills
• Casino operational experience is an advantage
