Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Guest Service Agent for our front desk team in Ontario. You will provide attentive, courteous service to guests from arrival through checkout, assisting with inquiries, payments, and requests while supporting room revenue and occupancy targets.
The role requires a minimum of 1 year in customer service or hospitality, robust computer skills including MS Office, and familiarity with OPERA CRM.
