We are looking for an experienced chef with one to two years of experience. In this role, you’ll manage kitchen operations, train staff in food prep and safety, and create innovative dishes to delight our patrons. You will also oversee food quality and help coordinate special events including banquets and weddings.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook a variety of meals for patrons
• Create new recipes and menu items
• Supervise 5-10 kitchen staff effectively
• Conduct food safety training and ensure compliance
• Maintain inventory and manage food supply requisitions

Requirements:
• Secondary school graduation certificate required
• Cook Trade Certification and Food Safety Certificate needed
• 1-2 years of culinary experience required
• Skills in sushi and international cuisine are essential
