The Ontario Public Service is seeking a Cook 2 (COR) for the Fort Frances Jail to prepare meals for inmates in a high-volume setting on an on-call basis.
This temporary position offers 0–40 hours per week, with potential extension, and requires a Cook certificate or equivalent plus First Aid/Heartsaver.
You will lead inmate helpers, ensure safety and sanitation, and adhere to menus and food safety standards in line with OHSA and WHMIS.
