Your role focuses on enhancing member interactions, managing staff schedules in Dayforce, and processing new member onboarding. Key Responsibilities:



• Aid daily operations and staff management at the Welcome Desk • Build rapport and guide members to YMCA programs and services • Handle member inquiries and service challenges promptly • Assist with onboarding and training of Welcome Desk staff • Ensure high standards of facility cleanliness and safety

Requirements: • 2 years of relevant experience in customer service • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proven organizational skills for managing tasks • Proficiency in Dayforce or similar systems • Certification in First Aid, CPR, and AED required
