Royal Bank of Canada in 118 RUE NOTRE DAME E:VICTORIAVILLE is currently looking to hire a Client Advisor. We’re seeking someone who is self-motivated and works well with others. The successful candidate should be able to start as soon as possible. This is a part-time role.

The candidate is expected to actively engage with clients in the branch, provide an outstanding service experience, complete transactions, and identify sales and referral opportunities.
The candidate must focus on educating clients and providing demonstrations, while using technology to deliver a strong client experience, drive solutions, and retain business.
The candidate will be responsible for contributing to team results by listening, identifying opportunities for additional advice, introducing clients to RBC partners, or fulfilling solutions independently.
The candidate should take a proactive approach to resolving and preventing client banking problems.
The candidate is expected to develop and maintain strong partner relationships to work effectively as one RBC team.
The candidate should manage risk by following compliance routines, processes, and controls to protect client and shareholder interests while completing transactions.
Job Requirements The candidate should have a strong focus on putting clients first and be comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment.
The candidate must demonstrate strong drive and self-motivation, along with excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence.
The candidate must possess digital literacy across a broad range of devices (i.e., smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.).
The candidate must demonstrate personal flexibility to work flex hours.
The candidate must demonstrate eagerness to learn and determination to succeed.
The candidate must have a proven track record in building rapport and maintaining client relationships within the financial, service, or retail industry.
The candidate must hold Mutual Funds accreditation or be willing to obtain it (i.e., Investment Funds in Canada or the Canadian Securities Course).
The candidate will be required to communicate fluently in both English and French.
