The candidate will be responsible for recruiting and hiring staff.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining computer systems, equipment, and machinery, as well as arranging repair work, to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.

The candidate will be responsible for reviewing and updating credit and loan files.

The candidate will be responsible for preparing statements on delinquent accounts.

The candidate must forward irreconcilable accounts for collector action.





The candidate must complete credit and loan documentation.

The candidate must authorize loan and credit applications.

The candidate must process money, cheques, and credit/debit card payments.

The candidate will be responsible for managing cash.

Job Requirements

The candidate should be fluent in English language.

The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related industry.

The candidate will be responsible for supervising tellers in financial services.

The candidate must be able to supervise 1 to 2 people.

The candidate should be accurate.

The candidate should be client focused.
