About the Role Our client is looking for a diligent and proactive Retail Operations Assistant to provide essential support to store management in their retail location in Kimberley . This role is critical for the smooth functioning of daily store operations, covering aspects from inventory management to customer flow and store presentation. You will work closely with the store team to ensure adherence to operational standards, assist with stock control, and contribute to an efficient and pleasant shopping environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses a solid work ethic.
Key Responsibilities Assist with inventory management tasks, including receiving stock, cycle counts, and stockroom organization.
Support the implementation of visual merchandising standards and maintain store appearance.
Help manage the efficient flow of customers through the store, especially during peak hours.
Assist in training new staff on operational procedures and company policies.
Ensure store compliance with health,



safety, and security regulations.
Perform various administrative tasks to support store management.
Requirements Previous experience in a retail support or operational role is advantageous.
