Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with the Site Operations Committee regularly

• Support appointment and privilege recommendations
• Ensure health promotion initiatives are implemented
• Document and investigate care complaints systematically

Requirements:
• Must be an Active Staff member at the hospital
• Possess CCFP and CPSBC Full privileges
• Experience in healthcare administration
• Ability to maintain an inclusive workplace
• Familiarity with regional healthcare concerns
