Key Responsibilities:
• Create exact construction documents and design solutions
• Research programming, building materials, and systems thoroughly

• Manage responses to permits with engineers and contractors

Requirements:
• 7-10 years of relevant project experience
• Strong knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, and technical design
• Familiarity with building codes and MEP systems
• Education in architecture or related discipline
• Experience in transportation, especially related to aviation and rail
