What You'll Do:**1. Tailoring Ensure finished product reflects HR quality and timing standards Alter garments according to pin or chalk marks made by Fitter Performing special request services 2. Safety Maintain a clean, protected and fully supplied working area Clean equipment and surrounding area upon completion 3. Teamwork Promote positive working relationships Respect the skill levels of all store contributors 4. Human Resources/ Leadership Schedule Tailoring Associates Maintain organizational structure in the Tailor Shop Initiate ways to increase shop efficiency 5. Administration Management of Tailor Shop Ensure the smooth operation of tailoring services Manage rush orders 6.
