SKILLS REQUIRED:
6–8 years of experience in Appian BPM & Appian Workflow, IDP and RPA.
Hands-on experience in Appian application production support and troubleshooting.
Exp. in troubleshooting and resolution of complex production issues (L2/L3).
Knowledge of IDP (Intelligent Document Processing) and RPA (Robotic Process Automation).
Experience with application monitoring, performance tuning, automation, and production deployments.
Strong understanding of change/release management and IT service management practices.
