Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee grooming and snowmaking team activities
• Motivate staff by setting transparent productivity goals
• Create schedules based on budget and staffing needs




• Implement onboarding and safety training procedures
• Coordinate maintenance and report equipment issues promptly

Requirements:
• Over 5 years of experience in snowmaking or grooming
• Landscape construction knowledge preferred
• Comfortable managing teams of 30 or more
• Ability to endure outdoor conditions in any season
• Open availability for weekends and various shifts
