Position #: 9014068 Expected Start Date: October 02, 2026 Union: SUN Facility: Gravelbourg Primary Health Clinic City/Town: Gravelbourg Department: Primary Care Sites Type: Full-time regular FTE: 1 Shift Information: Days, Standby Number of Hours per Rotation: 28 shifts of 8 hours per 6 weeks Relief: No Float: No Hours of Work: Field Hours Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Nurse Practitioner $52.590 to $62.910 Travel Required: Yes This Nurse Practitioner (NP) role provides autonomous, evidence-informed care across continuing care, long-term care, primary health care, acute care, urgent care, and emergency settings. The position will report to and work under the direction of a manager in one of the designated program areas. Practicing within Saskatchewan Health Authority policies, CRNS standards, and legislated NP scope, the NP assesses, diagnoses, treats, prescribes, orders and interprets diagnostic tests, performs authorized procedures, and evaluates care for clients with common acute illnesses, secure chronic conditions, urgent and emergent needs, and health promotion priorities as the most responsible provider (MRP).

The NP works collaboratively with clients, families, physicians, multi-disciplinary teams, community partners, and managers to support safe, person-centred, culturally responsive, and coordinated care.

Human Resources Exemption: No Multi-site - Yes Licenses - Valid Class 5 driver's license Education - Master's degree in nursing Experience - Min. 3 years RN exp. in Emergency, Acute, LTC, Continuing Care, Primary Care Knowledge & Abilities - Knowledge in research processes and program evaluation
