Brucejack is one of the highest-grade gold mines in the world – a remote underground operation famously located on top of a glacier in northwestern British Columbia. Your Impact

Play a key role in the successful delivery of capital and sustaining capital projects at Brucejack by coordinating project activities, supporting project controls, maintaining governance processes, and helping ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with scope, schedule, and budget objectives.

As Part of the Team, You Will

- Coordinate project activities across engineering, procurement, construction, operations, and contractors.




- Support project planning, execution, reporting, and close-out activities.
- Track project schedules, budgets, key milestones, risks, and performance metrics.
- Maintain project documentation, registers, meeting records, and governance systems.
- Support contractor management, mobilization, compliance, and contract administration processes.
- Contribute to a culture of safety, environmental responsibility, and continuous improvement.

Prerequisites for Your Success in This Role

- Diploma in Construction Management, Engineering Technology, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum five years of experience supporting construction, mining, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
- Experience with project coordination, project controls, cost tracking, schedule management, reporting, and contractor administration.
- Strong proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in mining, heavy industrial, or remote-site environments is considered an asset.

Your Work Environment





This position is based at the Brucejack Mine in British Columbia and operates on a fly-in/fly-out rotation. You'll work in a remote camp environment with a combination of office and field-based responsibilities, partnering closely with project teams, contractors, consultants, and operational stakeholders.

The expected salary range for this role is CAD $81,100.00 - 101,400.00 + 10% STIP. This range is tied to the British Columbia market for jobs performed in British Columbia. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience.
