- Design and evolve organic solutions in line with the organization's technological orientations, standards and architectures.
- Act as a consultant to development teams and business partners by providing technical and strategic support.
- Participate in Agile activities, contribute to architecture decisions and ensure the alignment of solutions with existing environments.
- Conduct analysis, proofs of concept and recommendations to solve complex issues and guide systems evolution.
- Promote positive development practices, ensure a technological watch and support the continuous improvement of development tools, methods and environments.
- Contribute to quality, safety, implementation, production start-up and post-implementation support activities.

The profile sought is as follows:

- Hold a bachelor's degree in computer science,



information technology or a related discipline, or compensate for the absence of the degree with additional relevant experience.
- Have a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in information technology.
- Have a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in organic analysis related to systems development, maintenance and evolution, including recent experience in the role.
- Have participated in large-scale mandates in the development, maintenance or evolution of systems within complex technological and organizational environments.
- Have at least five (5) years of experience with N-Tier web development tools or Microsoft Visual Studio .NET.
- Experience with Oracle databases, Teradata, or equivalent information environments is an asset.
