The Letter Carrier – Delivery Agent kind of will prepare, transport, deliver mail, and packages to customers and businesses along assigned routes, you know.

You will deliver items by foot or by vehicle, and then come back to the depot, most days.

You’ll also unload incoming mail and packages for later, so it’s ready.

Responsibilities

Load and drive a Canada Post postal vehicle

Spend the majority of your shift outdoors and keep active throughout the year

Support customers and businesses in the assigned community

Follow the safety rules that apply while doing delivery duties

Sort and prep that days deliveries at the depot.

Requirements

Valid Class 5 or Class G driver’s licence

A safe driving history for at least 3 years

A driver’s abstract is required

Can work in all kinds of weather

Available to work on-call
