This position involves working with the Program Manager to design and execute various job coaching programs. You will actively recruit participants, conduct vocational planning, and provide essential in office support for successful job placements. Networking with community employers and developing sustainable partnerships are pivotal to enhance job opportunities for participants.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate recruitment and intake of consumers
• Build relationships with community employers
• Develop and implement job training strategies
• Coach participants in achieving work transition
• Document and track participant progress thoroughly

Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree or related experience
• Experience in providing support for individuals with disabilities
• High-level communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver’s license with vehicle access
• ASL knowledge is beneficial
