Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on planning meaningful activities
• Evaluate resident participation and program success
• Maintain communication with families and fellow staff
• Participate in training on elder care best practices
• Facilitate outings and assist with meal services

Requirements:
• Diploma in Recreation, Leisure Studies, or related field
• Experience with seniors is a must
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Effective oral and written communicator
• Must secure a Vulnerable Sector Check promptly
