In this role, you will act as a key member of the Data & AI team, collaborating with marketing and sales to tackle ambiguous business challenges. Your focus will be on developing AI systems that aid in workflow automation, boosting team productivity through your built solutions. This position will see you manage everything from prototype creation to production-ready systems.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design AI-driven systems for segmenting and prioritizing accounts
• Automate account research and personalization workflows
• Produce reliable, production-quality code and data integrations




• Evaluate and optimize systems for performance and cost
• Establish AI development best practices at Paddle

Requirements:
• Strong background in software engineering, particularly with Python and SQL
• Experience with AI applications and large language models
• Skill in managing AI system operations and reliability
• Comfortable working with various data formats
• Understanding of sales workflows and buyer intent
