Humber River Health invites applications for a full time Registered Practical Nurse to serve in the Acute Inpatient Medicine Program. This permanent position requires a compassionate individual with at least one year of acute care experience. You'll leverage your nursing education to enhance patient experiences and outcomes in a hospital recognized for its advanced healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out stipulated nursing duties diligently
• Engage in patient health teaching and emotional support
• Document and manage patient health information




• Implement intravenous therapies and wound care
• Follow the hospital code of conduct strictly

Requirements:
• Completion of a recognized RPN program
• Active RPN license with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• 1 year of acute clinical experience preferred
• Hold a valid BCLS certification
• Basic computer skills preferred, especially Meditech
