As a Barista and Retail Service Representative, you are responsible for delivering a high-quality customer experience at our facilities, including Attwell Coffee. You will prepare drinks, manage transactions, and ensure that all retail spaces are clean and organized. This role requires you to actively engage in training and uphold our organization's core values.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide top-notch customer service at Attwell Books and Coffee
• Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks and food items
• Operate POS systems and maintain cash register procedures
• Keep retail areas tidy and inviting
• Stock and organize products in the bookstore efficiently
Requirements:
• Barista experience is advantageous
• High school education is a plus
• Ability to safely lift up to 15kg
• Robust interpersonal and problem-solving capabilities
• Versatile and willing to learn current skills
