Key Responsibilities:
Assess organizational learning needs with departmental leaders
Develop and coordinate effective training initiatives for staff
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles




Evaluate training program effectiveness and impact
Recommend improvements based on best practices in learning

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
At least 3 years of HR experience, ideally in recruitment
Experience managing high-volume recruitment processes
Knowledge of learning strategies and methodologies
Familiarity with LMS systems as a robust advantage
