The Regional Sales Manager maintains and increases sales and profitability for the Companion Animal segment, in line with corporate policies and objectives. This role includes managing regional sales team, key accounts and distributors while providing mobilizing leadership based on coaching and team development.



MAIN ACTIVITIES Planning Participates in the development of the strategic plan and ensures its optimal implementation to maximize sales and profitability. Develops a coherent regional sales plan aligned with the company's strategic and marketing orientations. Human resources management Supervises, supports and develops territory managers : Defines individual objectives and oversees the performance appraisal process. Analyzes results in relation to established objectives and makes adjustments where necessary. Monitors performance indicators (quantity, direction and quality of activities). Develops and implements individual development plans, focusing on the evolution of skills. Manages recruitment, training and labor relations processes. Actively participates in the creation of training materials and team training. Fosters a positive, motivating and inspiring team climate through a coaching-based management style.
