FIKA is in search of a Retail Experience Lead who will be responsible for store management and operational excellence. You will oversee cash management, assist in staff development, and maintain exemplary standards for product presentation. Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills are integral to this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Activate and deactivate store alarm systems
• Greet customers and provide exceptional service
• Conduct team member training and onboarding
• Triage customer complaints effectively
• Motivate staff to achieve sales targets

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of retail experience
• High school diploma or GED required
• Solid communication and service skills
• Required Provincial Cannabis Certification
• Clear criminal record
