Your role involves end-to-end management of Incubator projects, supporting the VP Brand in setting priorities and managing cross-functional collaboration. You will lead initiatives that merge creativity with scientific rigor, ensuring timely project deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage brand and product launch project lifecycles
• Serve as the single point of decision-making
• Communicate project expectations across teams
• Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation plans
• Facilitate post-implementation reviews and improvements

Requirements:
• Degree in project management, business, or related
• 5+ years of implementation experience in projects
• 3+ years in a leadership or managerial capacity
• Robust business acumen and change management skills
• Proven ability to balance priorities in demanding environments
