Reporting directly to the Production Manager, you will take ownership of the operational functions in a high-hazard setting. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations of ASU, HPU, CO2, and Hydrogen units
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
• Develop talent through training and mentorship programs




• Lead incident investigations and corrective actions
• Support turnaround planning and execution

Requirements:
• Power Engineering certificate or relevant Bachelor’s degree
• At least 20 years of related industry experience
• Experience leading multi-shift teams
• In-depth knowledge of safety management programs
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CMMS software
