The HR Generalist plays a pivotal role in fostering a robust organizational culture within Child and Family Services. Your contributions will include conducting recruitment that respects First Nation values, developing employee training programs, and managing performance evaluations.

Key Responsibilities:
Scout and recommend HR software
Drive recruitment and retention strategies




Update job descriptions and employee records
Organize staff training and development sessions
Conduct performance evaluations and gather feedback

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business
3+ years of HR experience in a First Nation setting
Solid knowledge of community and cultural programs
Excellent communication and planning skills
Ability to work both independently and with a team
