Job Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated, full-time Early Childhood Educators to join our team. In this role, you will support the development and well-being of young children by creating engaging learning environments and assisting with daily activities. This position offers flexible scheduling to accommodate your availability while making a meaningful impact on our community’s youngest members.
Duties Assist in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
Support classroom management and ensure a safe, inclusive environment for all children
Engage children through play, storytelling, arts and crafts, and educational exercises
Collaborate with team members to monitor children’s progress and address individual needs
Maintain cleanliness and organization of classroom materials and equipment
Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding children’s activities and well-being




Follow all safety protocols and licensing regulations related to early childhood education.
Skills Experience working with children in educational or childcare settings
Knowledge of early childhood education principles and child development best practices
Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities or special needs
Strong communication skills for engaging with children, families, and team members
Excellent organizational skills to manage classroom activities and schedules
Computer literacy for documentation, record keeping, and communication purposes
Leadership qualities with the ability to guide children through learning experiences
Time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
Writing skills for maintaining accurate records and reports
Education and Certification Secondary School (preferred)
Level 3 Early Childhood Educator (required)
