Role and Responsibilities:

Supervise and motivate employees within their area of responsibility;

Coordinate apple receiving operations;

Monitor and maintain physical inventory records;

Assign tasks and follow up on operational priorities;

Participate in problem-solving and continuous process improvement initiatives;

Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operational flow;

Ensure effective communication between teams and management;





Ensure compliance with quality standards, food safety requirements, and occupational health and safety regulations;

Perform any other related duties required for the productive operation of the department.

Skills and Qualifications

Experience operating a forklift (1-3 years) is considered an asset;

Ability to perform physical work in challenging weather conditions;

Ability to work as part of a team;

Ability to manage priorities effectively;

Good computer skills;

Ability to perform repetitive tasks and remain standing for extended periods;

Good manual dexterity;

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment;

Ability to handle heavy loads;
