Miratech Group seeks a Genesys Cloud CX Training Specialist to support a large-scale enterprise migration and transformation program. You will deliver hands-on, scenario-based training to end users across multiple business units and work closely with Subject Matter Experts to convert content into structured agendas.
You will also validate training readiness, track attendance and feedback, and contribute to SCORM/LMS-based content development and user guides.
