You will lead foremen and crews, drive safety, quality, and schedule, and coordinate with unions and subcontractors. The role requires developing Work Plans, Lift Plans, and supervising self-perform and subcontractor activities while maintaining site layout and adherence to drawings and OH&S; standards.
