Maplesoft Group in Ottawa is seeking a Bilingual Service Desk Analyst to support enterprise laptop deployment and lifecycle management. You will configure devices, migrate data, and provide hands-on IT support in English and French within an enterprise environment.
This 36-month onsite role requires Intune, SCCM, and ServiceNow experience, robust hardware knowledge, and the ability to obtain Secret clearance. A university degree or IT certification is preferred.
