Reporting to the Metallurgical Superintendent, you will be responsible for maintaining gold room operations, ensuring all procedures are followed for safety and environmental stewardship. Effective communication with metallurgical and maintenance teams will be crucial for optimizing production performance. This role plays a pivotal part in the success of our mining operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain the day-to-day operation of the gold room
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental guidelines




• Log operational data and maintain accurate records
• Conduct inspections and ensure cleanliness in the work area
• Work collaboratively with maintenance and metallurgy teams

Requirements:
• Secondary School Diploma or GED needed
• At least 5 years of Mill Operator experience
• Familiarity with gold milling and refining processes
• Knowledge of process control systems preferred
• Clear criminal record check mandatory
