Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking an Intake Coordinator to join the Patient Care Quality Office. This full time, in-office role focuses on receiving and triaging patient feedback from patients, families and staff to determine urgency and routing. You will analyze and redirect complex concerns to PCQO Liaisons and support departmental reporting in PSLS.
You will collaborate with the PCQO team and leaders to improve safety, quality of care, and patient satisfaction across the region.
