Become a pivotal Construction Safety Specialist focused on compliance and training. Ensure safety measures are implemented through proactive inspections and training.

In this role, you will maintain Health & Safety compliance and perform regular site inspections. Your responsibility includes monitoring high-risk work environments and ensuring proper PPE is utilized. You will also deliver essential training courses, ensuring all team members are equipped with safety knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
• Enforce Health & Safety policies; ensure OHSA compliance
• Conduct routine site inspections, audits, and assessments
• Supervise the use of PPE in high-risk areas
• Lead safety training sessions for all staff
• Investigate incidents effectively and apply corrective actions

Requirements:
• NCSO certification will be prioritized in candidates
• Educational background in Occupational Health & Safety
• At least 3 years of relevant safety experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of Ontario's safety regulations
• CRSP/NCSO (or in progress) is preferred
