Title: Reporting Analyst - Tableau
Location: Toronto, ON (Onsite)

Daily Responsibilities:
Oversee departmental reporting including production reports and development of recent tableau dashboards.

Working with stakeholders on reporting, data requirements and change management

Must have skills:
Data Visualization & Storytelling: Ability to create intuitive visualizations and craft compelling narratives to engage stakeholders and drive outcomes.
Data Management & Analysis: Expertise in collecting, organizing, and analyzing large datasets to drive informed business decisions.
Advanced Tableau Proficiency: Expert-level skills in Tableau, with ability to design and deploy complex, interactive dashboards and reports.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Training: Strong partnership skills to understand reporting needs and provide training.
Communication & Project Management:



Excellent interpersonal skills and experience delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Soft skills:
Change Management: Ability to lead change initiatives, engage stakeholders, and ensure support for organizational transitions.
