Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Test Lead with solid Payments domain expertise and hands-on test automation skills. The successful candidate will lead quality assurance activities, support testing strategy and execution, and work closely with delivery teams to ensure high-quality payment solutions.

Key Requirements
12+ years of experience in Quality Engineering / Testing.
4+ years of experience in Payments, including exposure to Interac Compliance, Real-Time Rail (RTR), and Wires.
Robust hands-on experience in Test Automation across API and UI testing, with the ability to write and maintain automation code.




Experience in creating and leading Test strategy, test planning, execution, defect management, and reporting.
Exposure to Non-Functional Testing (NFR), including accessibility, performance, reliability, and security testing.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
Knowledge of up-to-date test automation frameworks and CI/CD practices.
Financial services or banking industry experience is an asset.
