Project Management & SchedulingLead project meetings and site visits, ensuring company policies and procedures are followed.Oversee project execution, including scheduling, procurement, and coordination of field workers.Work closely with General Contractors to meet milestones and provide necessary resources.Monitor the construction plan and ensure all documentation and billing are completed in a timely manner.2. Strategic Business & Operational Leadership
Commercial Expansion: Actively develop the client portfolio to achieve sales and growth targets.Operational Excellence: Supervise daily operations, including logistics, inventory, regulatory compliance, and facility safety.Contractual Integrity:



Assist in contract preparation and lead the negotiation of changes, revisions, and additions as the business scales.Qualifications:
Deep Technical Expertise in Steel Doors & Hardware: Expert-level knowledge of hollow metal doors, frames, and architectural hardware. This includes a mastery of fire-rating requirements, life safety codes, and the ability to interpret complex hardware schedules and electrified opening requirements.Entrepreneurial Mindset: A self-starter with the ambition to build and lead a regional presence. You must be comfortable with both granular technical details and high-level business development.Advanced Technical Literacy: Extensive background in reviewing and identifying discrepancies within architectural, structural, and MEP documents.
