Role Description The Pizza Crew Member is a full-time, on-site position based in Ottawa, ON. In this role, the team member prepares pizza and related menu items, including dough preparation, topping assembly, baking, and portioning according to company recipes and standards. Daily responsibilities include operating kitchen equipment safely, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and following food safety and hygiene procedures.

Member greets guests, takes orders in person and by phone, processes payments,



and supports order packaging and delivery coordination. The role also involves restocking supplies, assisting with opening and closing duties, and working collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient service and a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

- Ability to provide friendly, efficient customer service and communicate clearly with guests and team members.
- Basic food preparation skills and willingness to learn pizza-making techniques, portion control, and recipe adherence.
- Knowledge of or interest in food safety, hygiene practices, and safe operation of kitchen equipment.
- Strong teamwork skills, reliability, and the ability to follow directions in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills for processing orders and payments accurately.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and manage a busy shift.
- Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or retail is an asset but not required.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
