Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct investigations and conflict resolution training

• Manage employee relations matters comprehensively
• Collaborate on organizational talent strategies

Requirements:
• HR specialization degree or diploma required
• 3 years in HR consulting, 2 in employee relations
• Robust relationship-building skills
• Familiarity with employment legislation essential
• CHRP/CHRL designation preferred
