Oxfam Canada is seeking a Human Resources & Payroll Officer to manage bi-weekly payroll, HRIS, benefits, pension and timekeeping with careful data integrity. You will support recruitment onboarding, reporting and employee records within a cooperative Finance & Operations team in Ottawa.
The role requires 5+ years in payroll or HR systems, a relevant degree, and strong communication and problem-solving skills to ensure accuracy and compliance.
