Edgecom Energy seeks a Customer Success Manager to own customer health, enablement, and expansion across our North American client base. You will manage day-to-day activities to keep clients engaged, educated, and realizing value from our platform.
You will work at the intersection of support, education, and strategic account management, hosting training sessions, diagnosing adoption gaps, coordinating enablement, and partnering with Sales and Product to drive renewals and revenue growth.
