Key Responsibilities:
• Complete maintenance projects efficiently
• Operate various cleaning and specialty equipment
• Attend to client service requests and concerns

Requirements:
• High school diploma with preferred facility management certification
• Five years of experience in a comparable environment
• Capability for physically demanding tasks
• Required First Aid/AED/CPR certifications
