ASR Group's Redpath Belleville plant seeks a Laboratory Analyst to provide finished product testing, maintain an effective laboratory, and support food safety and quality programs. The role covers weekly rotating 8 or 10-hour shifts across a 6-day period, including day/afternoon/night shifts and Saturdays.
The candidate conducts analyses such as titratable acidity, brix, moisture, pH, and environmental tests, while ensuring sample integrity, calibrations, and traceability.
